Insurance Benefits
We offer several health insurance plans to our associates so they can choose the one that best fits their needs. Our home office associates have a choice of a Value HMO Plan and a Premier POS Plan through Network Health. We also offer an HSA Savers Plan with a Health Savings Account attached to it that is also an HMO. Our Middleton office and field associates may choose between two plans offered through Lucent Health's PPO Program.

Retirement and Profit Sharing
Secure your future with one of SECURA’s 401(k) or Roth 401(k) plans. Retirement can sneak up fast, so it is important to start saving for the future now. SECURA associates are eligible to begin contributing immediately to a 401(k) upon hire. Employer contributions are based on years of service up to 8%, regardless of your personal contributions.
